In general, the best solution is through acquaintances, or contact the one who holds such connections. The same Facebook gives good connections with the correct formulation of the question.
Write, and then look at the QUESTIONS from the designer. A good designer will not say "Ready to do, term XXX", but will ask "What is the purpose of changing the structure", "why do you think that the current solution does not work as it should", "Who is the audience", "Give access to metrics" and many more, many awkward questions.
