How to improve process management skills?

Recently I have been working a lot with processes (testing department).
In principle, everything is successful, the feedback is good, there are no obvious drawdowns. It would seem that everything is fine, but I want to develop these skills.
Googling found standards (ISO 27001/2, ISO 9000, ITIL) that explain very obvious things in a very abstruse language (like "processes must be managed" or "processes must be transparent"). I think this will not be enough for effective learning.
REQUESTS
1. Please recommend good literature on the topic. Live experience preferred.
2. Recommend courses on the topic.
3. If anyone has experience in this area, please share.

"It would seem that everything is fine, but I want to develop these skills" - this is about the maturity of the processes. There is no point in developing processes endlessly, the point is in the organization of a mature process (relative to the company, team, task).
The most common maturity model in IT is CMMI (CMMIDev) . Obviously you are there.

To manage processes, you need to understand what these processes are and where they go, what goals they pursue, therefore, in my opinion, if roughly, then this:
1. Formulate a goal for yourself, why do you need it? It is desirable to detail it so that the goal can be measured.
2. Draw (or if available, request) a diagram / diagram of these very processes, regarding your department.
3. Analyze everything as you would like or need improvement. Now all these flows are transparent to you, which means you can manage.
4. There are goals for your department, ask yourself by looking at the diagram and the work of your employees, are the goals of the department/company being achieved ... by performing these processes are your employees? If not, find out the reason, solve the reason, then point 4 again. If yes, then everything is fine.
