You can list any courses you have taken on your resume. At least that's what I do and it doesn't cause problems. One of these can be found at the Universarium . (The second one will be launched there soon, so it's better to search by the name "Software Testing Fundamentals")
Also a great platform is codecademy. There I advise you to take a course on SQL (many companies require an understanding of basic queries, it helped me).
Also on codecademy there is a course on GIT (also required in some vacancies).
Some jobs require knowledge of the Linux command line (I wrote a bash script for one company as a test task), you can also learn it on Codecademy .
The need for a subscription on this site is easily bypassed by registering a new account. Each completed course is on my new account. A week's free premium for one course is enough for the eyes.
In general, it is better not to concentrate on getting unnecessary pieces of paper, but to get exactly the required skills, because employers will ask for them, and not certificates. (I have never been asked to confirm the completion of a particular course - I just completed test tasks)
A good list of them can be found in the book by Stanislav Kulikov “Software Testing. Basic course." (distributed free of charge), as well as in a convenient form on the testbase.ru website .
