Where can I find a few complete strangers to usability test a web application?

I created a web application, my friends tested it, I collected reviews and corrected what was asked. Now I want to find a dozen or two people who, on my macbook, right in front of me, will try this same web application. Friends of friends is not an option as I have recently moved.
Target audience: either smart students, or people whose thirst for knowledge has not dried up after graduation.
You can, of course, wait for some event like a conference, but I need it now, and in St. Petersburg the next conference of the necessary plan is already in October.
Give me some ideas where I can pester potential users)
