How to implement video intercom output to NAS?

Good afternoon!
There are anti-vandal call blocks for video intercoms (call + camera in one case). But everything I've seen contains an analog camera like price-altai.ru/uploads/2013/07/1917031862beb2.jpg
Are there similar devices with an IP camera inside?
Or is it easier to digitize the analog signal from the camera to connect it to a NAS or router?
