Android device, camera with microphone and software from the market

Tell me plz, maybe someone has experience ...

I want to buy an Android device like Xoro HST 200, connect a camera with a microphone like Logitech Webcam C210 there, install software from the market like WiFi Baby Monitor: Baby monitor. Will such a system work in principle, will a camera with a microphone pick up, will the installed software be able to work with it?

I tried to install a similar software for myself and my wife on the phone, I made a transmitter for her receiver and in general it all works well, as the noise level of the transmitter sends an alert to the receiver, the video and sound turn on.

@Anonym

Depends on the camera. My Logitech camera does not work with Android and I can't find drivers. Chinese (which are $10 per bundle), work for people (you may need to take a steam bath with drivers).
Everything was checked on a tablet with Alwinner A10

I have a Chinese dx.com/p/cannon-style-driveless-1-3mp-hd-webcam-with-built-in-microphone-black-42179
It works perfectly in Skype on iconbit toucan w androyd 2.3, how lucky. Somewhere I met a list of cameras supported by iconbit, perhaps it can be used for other devices, but not a fact.
