Is it legal?

Hello, this is the situation. There is a site with functionality available only to registered users, as well as some part available to everyone. I have developed an android application that interacts with those functions that are available to everyone. Then I posted links to this application. Soon, support contacted me, saying what to do, and safely sent me to the very top of their administration, to understand what was happening and get permission to distribute the application.
In this connection, I have questions:
1) Can I distribute this application contrary to the wishes of the administration?
2) If I am breaking the laws by distributing the application. And what is the responsibility for this? Or you can score and not steam?
3) If the administration complains to Google, what will happen to the account and the application?
4) Tell me the resources where you can get legal information on this issue (do not offer to contact lawyers, it is not possible at the moment).
A little about the application:
1) does not collect any data.
2) all infa is obtained by parsing pages and is not stored in the application.
3) interaction with the site is carried out through the injection of javascript code into the webview (buttons are pressed, data is inserted)
4) at the moment I do not receive any profit from this application.
5) logos and other intellectual property of the site owners are not currently used (although there are plans to introduce advertising and "borrowing the logo" for use in the application).
A little about the site:
The copyright holders are located in the Russian Federation.

I think that there is nothing to dig into here.
But just in case, I recommend that you, in addition to your copyright for the application, indicate the source (in this case, this long-suffering site), from which information of any type was taken.
No, the laws are not violated if the author of the materials (or the logo, as you wrote) is indicated. Everything that is freely available is not prohibited for distribution. But you need to indicate the authorship of this site in your application.
Maybe I'm wrong about something, maybe they have a user agreement published and available to everyone, without exception, indicating what you can do and what not
Until they show you an article or a clause of an agreement that clearly states that you are infringing their copyright or something like that, then it will be possible to argue with them. But according to the chapter on copyright of the civil code of the Russian Federation, you do not seem to be violating any rights.
PS IMHO, but until they provide a specific legal act, article or clause of the agreement, you have nothing to fear.
