How to implement mikrotik l2tp auto uplink?

Hello. The situation is this: there are two offices, in both microtics, l2tp + ipsec are connected. In an office where a client is set up on a microt at the end of the working day, the light is turned off with a knife switch, respectively, the microt does not work. In the morning, when everything turns on, the link is restored, but on the server side, the routing flies to the side of the client's network. The l2tp connection interface acts as a gateway, which apparently disappears when the link is lost. Question: how else can I set a route so that when the uplink is restored, the route starts working?

You can create static interfaces for l2tp on the client and server so that they do not disappear when the microt is turned off and the routes do not disappear.
It is possible through dynamic routing using ospf. But since there are only two routers, you can get by with rip
