Share Internet over Ethernet on MikroTik RouterBOARD951-2n?
Good afternoon.
There is the aforementioned router, there is home Wi-Fi. Task: connect to Wi-Fi and distribute the Internet to the Ethernet ports of the router to connect devices. Communication with Mikrotik for the first time, I'm digging somewhere in the wrong place, poke your nose. Thank you.

To distribute a network over Ethernet, you need to combine all ethernet devices into a bridge (bridge), assign an IP address to the bridge and configure a dhcp server on it. As for Wi-Fi - there are 2 options. The first option is to set up wi-fi on the Mikrotik in client mode so that it connects to your home wi-fi, or the second option is WDS mode. In WDS mode, Mikrotik and your wi-fi router will announce the same SSID - very convenient in terms of roaming when the devices are placed in different places.
I would not recommend using WDS due to some features and a sharp decrease in throughput. If home Wi-Fi is not distributed by Mikrotik, use the station mode. Ports need to be combined into a switch chip (in the settings of all ports, except for the first, assign masterport ether1). Set the IP address on the port, create a DHCP server using the magic DHCP setup button. Don't forget to make a rule in NAT:
Connect computers with a twist to the router and rejoice :)
