How to connect 2a home servers to one router?

Good evening!
Interested in such a task, there are two old PCs, one static IP and one router (Tenda N30). One PC is used as a server for sites, I want to connect the second one. Is it possible to set up a network like this: the router receives the Internet, distributes it to home devices via wi-fi, and through a cable (in some way incomprehensible to me) works with servers giving the Internet with forwarded IP and ports?
If so, how? If not, how should the network be organized, what should I buy?
