Is the motor burned out? Take a working motor, measure the current and voltage at full rotation. Then google, like "Motor for quadrocopter 3.7V 0.5A". Compare the dimensions of the motor and its shaft. You can also use google image search. It’s faster to look for some things there than to poke through links. And by clicking on the picture, you will go to the page where something will already be written about this motor: its model, dimensions, characteristics.
Option 2. Ask for help from some company that seriously deals with such flying boats. They can share their experience, pick up a motor model.
I don’t see any other search options ...
