The speaker from a home subwoofer has a cut rubber corrugation. I'm going to glue it with rubber glue from the inside. Question: what is the best material to use as the base of the patch? Speaker EASTECH FSB52A265 4 Ohm 120W.

This corrugation is called suspension. It is better to glue along the volume of the cut without lining or change the whole suspension.
