How to glue images knowing their position relative to each other?

There are about 40 folders with such photos, the file name is %Horizontal_Position%-%Vertical_Position%.jpg, is it possible to glue them somehow. used the Yandex engine for panoramas, where you need to divide into tiles, that's where they come from. Is there a program that could glue them into a single image by name (because adjacent images do not have the same pixels).
