What are the ways to share photos stored on a computer with friends on facebook?

I have a Windows 7 computer and a local drive to which I copy new photos. Interested in what are the convenient ways to put my chosen photos on Facebook. I myself use Google's Picasa, I found the Picasa Uploader plugin for it, but it greatly reduces the resolution (there is also a paid version, but I don’t want to buy a pig in a poke). so here are the options that I know:

1) loading by facebook itself. I tried it, but at first glance it seemed not very convenient (you need to select a photo through a regular explorer). In addition, in this case, changes to the photo that were made in Picasa
2) through Picasa using the Picasa Uploader disappear, but the quality of the photo suffers greatly. (Maybe Picasa Uploader Pro does not have this drawback)
3) “upload” using Picasa to Google+ and post a private link on facebook.

I hope to offer a convenient alternative)

If you have a dropbox, then you can use the Invite to folder feature. In the web interface, go to "Sharing", create a new or use an existing directory and select friends on facebook

Lightroom + Export to Facebook
// I haven't tried this particular plugin, I don't know, but Jeffrey's plugins are all good.

I discovered Windows Live Phoyo Galery - also a cataloger, able to upload photos to facebook, skydrive and a bunch of other places. As long as it works as expected.
