How to give a user NT AUTHORITY SELF in Exchange 2010?

It is not possible to assign Self to a mailbox, such an error occurs.
Options with delegation or adding a group in the security section breaks the whole scheme.

By default, the Exchange Trusted Subsystem does not have permission modification rights.
In Active Directory - Users and Computers, enable "Change Permissions" (Modify Permissions) Exchange Trusted Subsystem in the desired user or OU.
