Roaming users and outlook or how to set up automatic authorization?

Hello! There is a domain, the 13th exchange server, and a blasphemous outlook. There is also a call center where users like to run between workstations. Users actively use mail. 3 mailboxes 1 - personal user, 2 others for receiving applications, appeals, etc. All boxes naturally turn on a domain exchange server. The essence of the problem: I set up "roaming users" so that the user data would also run after the user. But with mail, such a trick will not work, since the default outlook folder is located in "local". Yes, and dragging a PST file of 5-10 gigs (or even more) in LAN is not an option. Yes, and outlook loses the login data of 2 boxes for calls. Infuriates every time to run to users. And actually a question: how it is possible to automate this godless authorization. Remove caching from an account in Outlook. Nothing will be stored locally.
