Good time, is it possible to somehow add to all email. mails with the same text only change the user's first and last name. Through ECP or powershell? Thanks

Either through the GPO, the link was thrown in the comments, or through the transport rule. There you can change the outgoing letter and insert the desired text at the end of each text. All AD variables work correctly and you can use %username% etc.
