How to get verified on UpWork?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to go through the verification process or whatever it's called on UpWork.

Under the number 1, it is clear that you can upload a scan of a foreigner. But under the number 2, what kind of document is needed and where can I get it?

Bank statement or credit card statement.
It is necessary that the printout shows your home address + name (which are listed in upwork).
Only color copies are accepted. Black and white copies will not be accepted.
