How long will the money be in the “In review” state?

The first, quite successful order came, we signed an hourly contract. A week has passed, the money has switched to the "In review" state. I asked the customer if he checked. He says he confirmed, but the money still hasn't been transferred to pending. What can be wrong? Maybe I read something wrong in support'e or didn't finish reading it?
It would be cool to hear how the money goes further. How long to wait until it changes from pending to available.

As I understand it, we are talking about UpWork?
The money will be in the In Review state until the end of the Friday following the "reporting" working week. From Saturday until Tuesday inclusive, the money will be in the Pending state. On Wednesday they will move to Available
