I received a Payoneer card for withdrawal from oDesk. Can't activate - I forgot the answer to my security question . Those. support says this:

During registration, you were asked to set 3 security questions. Since you answered 1 of them incorrectly, the system will only be able to ask you the remaining 2.

I was shown only one question.
How can I recover my password?
There is one login attempt left before the account is blocked.
What happens when an account is banned? How can it be unlocked?
