How to delegate work to upwork?

I work under an hourly contract on one project. I have to do a lot of routine, equally uninteresting work, of course I don’t want to, but it also makes no sense to turn out. The idea immediately came to mind to hire an Indian for 10 dollars an hour, who will do all this for me. How is this done technically on Upwork? Now I am registered only as a freelancer. As far as I understand, it is necessary to open an agency, but can I transfer this contract there? And how to do it right?

Change the account type to agent if you want everything through the time billing program.
You can’t transfer as much as I remember, only re-open the contract and issue it to your agency.
The easiest thing is to specify the hours spent with the customer, hire a person, let him do everything for you and score the customer in manual time.
