Payoneera conversion rate?

Hello. I have been using a Pioneer card for several years, but some questions are not clear to me).
1) When I pay with a card in a store, on the Internet, etc., what is the exchange rate for converting dollars into rubles? I used to count here - https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/consumers/get-supp... . But something judging by the transactions, the dollar exchange rate during conversion comes out around 64 rubles, and the master card site shows 66 kopecks.
2) When I withdraw rubles from an ATM, in the same Alfa Bank. What is the dollar exchange rate there? At the alpha bank rate? At the rate of the central bank? Or anything else?
3) My card expires in a couple of months. Will they send me another card automatically to the same address? Or do you need to reorder?
Thank you for your attention)

1. With cash at an ATM from a payer of $ 300 for 1 time, I parted with 308.55, which is 2.85%. If the amount is less, the percentage will increase.
2. When paying in a store with a payer card, the conversion is carried out at the current mastercard rate with a commission of 3.5%
3. I didn’t withdraw rubles from an ATM, because at what rate this will be a question requiring verification. But there will be a fee of $3.15 per transaction and a conversion fee. I assume that the exchange rate will be the same as in the mastercard.
