I recently started writing in Java, I want to get real tasks and people's feedback, I want to start fulfilling orders for free.
Where can you find such an opportunity?

Become your own customer. For starters, you can simply copy existing system applications... games or utilities.
And so, at your level, in order to be taken to a relatively serious team, you yourself will have to pay extra, because otherwise you will eat off the much more valuable time of more senior colleagues. And nobody really needs it.
