Hourly work at Elance?

I read Work View ™ Payment Protection, everything seems to be clear, but there is one point, the answer to which I have not found.
For example, a customer posts a job with hourly pay. In order to complete it, for example, 10-15 minutes is enough. How to work properly in this case? I set the bid, for example, Billed to Client: $10//hour, Hours: 1/week. I launch the tracker, do the work in 15 minutes, turn off the tracker, send the work. What is the result? Am I getting my $10? Or do I have to pretend that I worked for 1 hour to get $10?

I think that there, as in Odessa, because there is only one office.
The price step there is 10 minutes. Those. if you have 12 dollars per hour, then that's 2 dollars per 10 minutes.
If you completed the task in 15 minutes, you will receive the same as in 20, i.e. 4 dollars.
You don't need to spend time. We must work honestly. Reputation depends on it.

Why do you think that for 10 minutes of work you should be paid for an hour?
Isn't it obvious to you that this is not fair.

Get in like 15 minutes.
A couple of tips:
For such short jobs, have a friend rate that will pay for it.
Or do it for a fixed price.
