How to get search result number for a specific Google query?

I can’t figure out how to get this banal number?)
I tried using Google AJAX , but it gives out the “left number” with the same request
There is another way through Custom Google Search API , but I can’t figure out where to get CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET .
As an option, still parse, but my attempts also ended in failure, when trying to parse the contents of the block , it simply does not determine it!

And what does it mean? It is correct that it is most likely added via JS. Dig in this direction.
