Someone else's site is pasted through a saved copy?

A very strange situation has been observed for more than a year. Urls from another site are glued to the site, Google somehow finds them, such pages give 404, but they do NOT fall out of the index, and the saved copy leads to someone else's site. There is no such problem in Yandex.

I already tried to block other people's URLs through robots, and delete them through "Obsolete Content" and "Temporary Deletes".
