How to properly use the google search API?

Actually, the question is this. Let's say I want to use the google search API in a mobile app. What is the best way to organize it? Are there Java libraries for Android? Is it possible to organize a search without using any API? Are there any restrictions on using the API? There is very little information on this topic on the net. Still interested in the question is it possible to use the search from google to search in the social. networks, for example, by email? Thank you.

Yes, in the dock there is a link to the Java library code.google.com/p/google-api-java-client/
In general, there is quite normal xml plus any library that can make http requests.
