How to get rid of friezes in games?

Hello, here are the specifications of my laptop:
Display - 15.6 inch, resolution - Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), matte
Processor - Intel Core i5-7300HQ (Kaby Lake architecture, 4 cores, base clock speed - 2.5 GHz, 3.5 GHz Turbo Max, 6MB L3 Cache, 35W - 45W TDP) with integrated Intel HD 630 Graphics (300 - 1000MHz)
RAM - 8GB DDR4 - 2400 MHz
Discrete Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1050 with 4 GB VRAM
Storage - SSHD, 1000 GB (5400 RPM) with 8 GB Cache
The essence of the problem is that when fps drops a little below 60, microfreezes begin, this is especially felt when moving the camera, it moves with micro jerks. And it starts to happen even at 55 fps. In games where fps does not fall below 60 - everything is fine. And in heavy ones, due to weak iron, there are drawdowns and because of this it is impossible to play. Although, for example, on the old ps3, in most games 30 fps, and everything is very smooth. And for me, if fps is limited to 30 frames, it seems that there are 15-20 of them.
I tried all the banal methods. Rolled back drivers. Vertical sync is off. Played with nvidia settings, nothing helps.
I also noticed that, for example, in cutscenes, where FPS is limited in most cases to 30fps, there are no friezes. And, it seems, these friezes begin when I start using input devices, that is, twist the mouse or walk. If you do not move, there are no friezes.

Your video card for AAA games is very weak.
There may also be friezes due to data loading, you have an HDD. There were games that I had to put on the SSD.
