Is this assembly normal and is a 400w power supply suitable?

My budget is 20k. I want to buy some things first, and then buy everything else, but later.
I want to buy:
1) AMD Ryzen 5 1500X processor
2) ASRock A320M-HDV OR MSI A320M GRENADE motherboard
3) Goodram Play [GY2133D464L15S/8GDC] 8GB RAM or AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series RAM [R744G2133U1S-UO] 4 GB
Already have:
1) ssd 120GB
2) nvidia gt 630 1GB OR Video card GIGABYTE GeForce GT 710 Silent LP [N710SL-1GL]
3) Constars model KT-400EX-12A1 PSU
Can I combine everything? Or do you need to buy something? Will the power supply pull?
If you can, then offer your assembly?

It is not clear why such a weak video card, although this processor already has a good built-in one.
If you take it, it's powerful.
Or do not take a video card at all, get by with what the processor gives.
And a CPU cooler. The cooler is not included in the processor configuration you have chosen. Must be taken separately.
If you take it in person, and not via the Internet, don’t worry, the sellers will tell you about incompatibility.
If they don't tell you, ask them.
