Good afternoon. Such a question, is it possible to connect a second monitor to the motherboard if there is no integrated graphics adapter? (Proc. ryzen 5, mother of Asus Tuf b450)

No built-in - connect to a discrete adapter, On a discrete adapter there are not enough connectors - change the video card or add another video card and turn it on.

You can only if you have a processor with integrated graphics (for example Ryzen 5 4600G).
