MTK6575 firmware from another device?

There is a smartphone LG-E445, without signs of performance (does not turn on). When connected to a PC, the MTK USB Port is visible. For it, the firmware has kdz format (in which there is one bin file and a couple of dlls), which cannot be used in SP Flash Tools. Is it possible to specify firmware files in SP Flash Tools from, say, Prestigio MultiPhone 4040 DUO (similar hardware except for the screen), will it work?
Are there any options to flash the phone?
PS Previously, the smartphone was handed over for repair, before the repair it turned on before the splash screen, after that it was given away and not fixed (I would say they only made it worse). As far as I understand, the Preloader was removed? In SP Flash Tools Read back happens correctly.

Usually, with such a fill, the screen and the touchscreen stop working. I had a smart on 6575, people under it sawed firmware based on firmware from other devices, somehow replacing the drivers. Without changing the firewood, the touch began to work mirrored. You also have a different screen.
Find an image from a work phone read through SP. Well, or look for methods for unpacking the firmware that is
