How to get out of DMCA sanctions on Google?

Actually, subject. The muzzle flew out of the index, at the moment there are two complaints, due to which the main one fell out of the index. Traffic has dropped a lot. Did you have something similar? How did you get out of the sanctions? They say that an appeal is possible only if there are no initial violations. I don’t consider 301 redirects (traffic will drop in Yandex)

Write a counterclaim to Google (that you are not violating, then if the "complaintant" does not send a court decision, then the sanctions will be lifted in 14 days). The link to the form should be in the letter from Google about the imposition of sanctions. List all pages that have been reported on this form.
The exit from the sanctions may take from 1 to 4 months.
