Hello! Looking for and can't find how to beautifully describe release notes when publishing a new version of an app on Google Play? Is there any markup? If yes, where can I read about it? Thanks in advance

In general, the more concise and understandable, the better. It is not necessary to paint every change in detail. Many developers of popular software do not indicate anything at all. Someone writes nonsense or general phrases.
