How to get data from saved VirtuaBox?

Good day. I was running Kali Linux in VirtualBox to use sqlmap for a client project, after I did the tests I wanted to send data from sqlmap/output/client, but my Linux crashed and now I can't access it.

Is there any way to get this data from the saved state of the machine or switch to Linux console mode to send this park via FTP?

From a virtual disk - it's easy, there are a lot of utilities.
From the status file, something is doubtful, especially since the OS is buggy, this file is unlikely to be correct.
