What does the Wrong file size specified in OVF descriptor error affect?

When converting VMware OVF Tool OVF to OVA, I get warning. Will there be any problems importing this image on VMware?

Warning:
 - Wrong file size specified in OVF descriptor for 'wasl-disk001.vmdk' (specified: -1, actual 1419059200).
