I have a college degree. I have skills:
Confident SQL
Stack and heap. CLR, BCL and other Richter
LINQ: EF, L2SQL or other ORM
Unit and integration testing, refactoring, TDD.
There is experience, but it is not entirely clear how to leave Russia.

Plane, train, car, bus, on foot. With such a baggage of knowledge, no one needs you abroad - they only hire people with high qualifications when moving, and to move to a number of countries, you generally need not just a diploma, but a very specific diploma (read in the rules for obtaining a visa)
