How many hours to code at work?
Working as a programmer - How much can you code / think about a solution / google, etc.?
I'm wondering if I can code for 9 hours (front-end) if this is my first job as a programmer?
That is, they will put me in jail and say - here's a deadline for you at 6 o'clock or we'll fire you. CODE! (*-*)

dumb weird question.
no one gives time and stands next to the stopwatch. and then shooting.
there is a certain time. there is a debriefing and fakapov.
if the crap is specifically yours, and you continue to crap, they will simply say goodbye to you.
and the number of hours here doesn’t make any sense: because crap in 2 hours or 200 is still crap.
development is a rather difficult predictable cycle in which it is impossible to take into account all the nuances in advance.
fuckups are inevitable, that's a fact. the only question is what is being done to minimize or prevent them.
specifically on the subject: as much as you want.
Of these 6 hours that you are forced to code, you will google different documentation for 2/3 of the time. The code itself will still only take about 2 hours maximum.
But in general, if they are so over the soul, then it is probably better to look at other companies.
Lol, well, at the first job as a programmer, it is better to code a little more in order to learn more. And you think how would you work less.
You can do it at the start. I speak from my experience. The fact is that if you are a beginner, then part of the time you will be googling, understanding, reading articles, trying to understand why your code does not work as it should, etc. In general, this is not pure coding. And here it is quite possible to sit for 8-9 hours.
And when you already know how, then they work there for about 3-5 hours. More can lead to burnout, or the body itself will begin to slow down. But this is when you almost no longer google, but you know how to do everything or most of it.
