How to learn php and 1c Bitrix?

Hello
At the moment I work in one company as a content manager, our site is on 1s Bitrix. We have constant problems with programmers, so the company offered to sponsor my training in this direction. I only know basic html and css. The question is, where do you go to study? What courses would you recommend for studying php and bitrix? And how long does it take to learn all this?

The checklist for you I see is this:
1) Be sure to take online Bitrix courses, everything in the "Site Management" tab
https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/ - from 2-3 months
2) Take courses for https developers ://academy.1c-bitrix.ru/training/course/ these are mandatory: "Quick start for a developer", "No. 1 - Design integration and platform customization", "No. 2 - Core technologies and expansion of typical system capabilities",
- just go through and analyze the material, plus read the API on the topic - 1 month,
the rest except for "Marketplace Bitrix24" if the desire remains.
- one more month for sure.
2.1) Preparation for certification - there are examples of tickets, also some of the questions can be found on the forms.
https://academy.1c-bitrix.ru/certification/exams.php
- preparation for the first exam at least a month
- preparation for the second I think it will take you three months.
3) Authorized training centers https://academy.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/centers/
see if it suits. Or, on a paid basis, arrange an internship with a top studio in your city for at least 3-4 hours a day.
4) Take tasks for practice from freelance applications
- every day will stretch for several months.
5) PHP simple courses https://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp
https://www.w3schools.com/php7/default.asp
- go through and analyze the same month for sure.
6) Learn the key API classeshttps://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/api_help/iblock/index.php
- there are examples, plus examples in the comments. I also think it will take two months.

Theme from the series: I work as a cleaner, we have a clinic. We have constant problems with patients, so the company offered to sponsor my training ...
This is a waste of time.

. We have constant problems with programmers
your problems are not with programmers, but with Bitrix.
How to learn php and 1c Bitrix?
Bitrix does not need to be studied at all. This is a dump of the highest category, this is shit pus and vomit. A disgusting system that was 20 years behind the times, which was written by absolute amateurs.
Therefore, you have "problems" - people come to work for you, see all this horror and run away. Because any more or less adequate person who has managed to turn on his brains and study current trends in development will not work on this nightmare in his life. Because this job is a road to nowhere professionally.
Your role in this case is the role of the patient. Roughly speaking, a poor company has constant problems with sewerage, they constantly invite plumbers to fix it. Plumbers see that the pipes are already rusty, 100% worn, patch holes and run away. But there is you - a professional chimney sweep in the state, who they want to retrain as plumbers, so that you would maintain this sewerage consisting of rusty pipes. You think that this is career growth, but in fact you worked with shit, and you will continue to work. Only hemorrhoids will be more.

Hexlet has a very good PHP course (google it right), CMS is very easy to learn, just take it and make your project - let's say a store for your granny. Terms - depend on your ability to assimilate the material, and readiness to absorb information.

I only know basic html and css
- If I were you, I would start studying html \ css to bring it to a normal level, and I would also push the base js there

In general, as with Delphi. Others prefer to ignore it and/or consider it dead. A sort of soap bubble inside which has its own atmosphere, in some places with good income. In short, if you fit into 1s and can represent yourself, you can earn money if there really are no sensible 1s nicknames. Although it may be cheaper for your employer to teach someone than to hire a pro? Or they simply did not understand ...
However, 1c binds to a certain geography and specific employment. It's hard to get off.)

They have good video tutorials on Bitrix. Looks like it's free now.
