How is your php june working day?

I have no acquaintances working in this area, no one to consult with. I have been working in a small office as a php junior for the second month already. During these two months, I had only 3 tasks with a total amount of one and a half weeks, and then they were connected with layout. They took me as a juna php, with the knowledge of wii2. I didn’t even touch UI, but I didn’t even touch php. They promised one.cp for a test, and the second for after, but.the second month is already a test one, since there were no projects, but this month there are no projects and tasks again, maybe the third month will be a test. I want to ask for advice from those who work as php juns, or those who have passed this path. Is this normal or not? Have you experienced the same?

I don’t want to exaggerate, but IMHO “you have to go”, since the office has no orders, most likely you don’t have to wait for stable work / salary, if the management argues for an increase in the probationary period by the fact that they have no work - this is sad. Post your resume, look for more voluminous offices, albeit with a lower salary at first, even if you have experience, but you spend time and there is no money, and experience does not go.

Talk about a pay rise. Not having a job is not your problem.
Don't waste your time - learn.
It's so good when you pay for something that you study yourself.
