Does accounting in the IPA interfere with employment in the IT field?
Interested in the opinion of specialists hiring employees. Does it matter to register in the IPA for "light" diagnoses ( anxiety personality disorder and similar in severity), when the adequacy is fully preserved, but there is anxiety, depression, low stress tolerance. In general, are employers interested in such information? Do they read the essence of the diagnosis if they receive such data? Or, for example, a person was already working, but for personal reasons he had to lie down in a hospital, after which he returned to work, will the attitude towards him change?

In theory, in our country, even the fact of seeking help from a medical institution is a medical secret and cannot be disclosed. Therefore, if you yourself do not tell the employer about your diagnosis, then it will be somewhat difficult for him to obtain this information (of course, in some cases, employees are required to undergo a medical examination in order to establish the possibility of performing a labor function; for example, good vision, reaction, etc. are required from machinists, but I have not heard about surveys for IT people.).
Well, it should be understood that large offices, mainly from the financial sector (banks) have a Security Council in which former security officials usually sit. Through unofficial channels, they can “break through” their stay on the register with the PND, but they will bother with this when applying for a job.
In short: do not spread among colleagues about your medical problems and everything will be fine.
