This year I am graduating from college. I will go to university next year. Of course, I would not want to study all four years after the technical school, so I want to try to get into the second year right away, but it is not known which of the universities I will be lucky to do this with, and even enter the budget option.

A diploma will help make it easier to get a visa (the main thing here is that it is simply recognized abroad, google it), and brains, skills and experience influence the device by a developer in the United States.
