It seems to me that one becomes a devops only in practice
As mentioned above, there is no such profession, but there are engineers who use DevOps practices.
I got into this profession from system administration, having a pretty good background, and lately I'm leaning towards the fact that this is not a profession that needs to be started from scratch. Now I am trying to develop internal courses for my employer in order to attract engineers or developers to the ops profession. At first I thought that it was possible to give material to the juniors, but in the end I came to the conclusion that first you need to work in development/administration up to the middle level in order to have an idea of how systems work in general, how they are developed and operated, in parallel, you can study DevOps tools.
For courses, I will advise only basic courses, any you like on topics: Linux, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.
On YouTube there is an ADV-IT channel in Russian everything about DevOps from scratch and everything is free
DevOps is a movement and/or methodology. You won't be able to become one or the other.
DevOps is not a specialty, but an approach and tools. The approach is the same - automate everything . But the toolkit is extensive, so there is no single course to be found.
To start moving towards working with these approaches:
Go to DevOps school. They teach well there. They have free courses with teachers.

I advise you to first settle in Linux and Bash, these are the basics of the basics. Then read something about Docker. After that, you can take this course on AWS (in Russian)
Look for training for Devops engineers here, courses from all schools are collected https://uchis-online.ru/profi/programmirovanie/devops , but Thiago Alvarez answered you correctly that Devops become specialists with experience, this is a philosophy, an approach, not a profession which can be easily learned in the course. Courses are more likely to help "know" this approach and give direction to your development, but will not make you a great engineer.
Yes, I agree, DevOps is an approach and experience, but basic knowledge is very important, so look more here https://nubes.academy
Hey! Oh, my sister works as a devops. At first I studied on my own - it's like a way of thinking, you can say: YouTube helped a lot in its time. Then I enrolled her (not advertising) for an online course https://iteducenter.ua/ , she, in principle, reinforced her knowledge, very much (quite a lot of good courses). Well, then only practice and work. Just like in any business. Now I look at this profession, it is gaining popularity very much. And yes, do not forget about self-education - this is generally the backbone on which literally everything stands. In general, go for it - everything will work out. The main thing is stubbornness and enjoy the work!
