Make the maximum amount of effort, read, watch, try.

Put in the maximum amount of effort.
Read a couple of articles.
Watch a couple of videos.
Try to work in Scrum.

I never really understood the point. What are you going to learn here? It's idiotic all these agile scrums. How many years I did not work on them, I did not understand how one differs from the other. Just not including the head, I fulfilled the formal requirements for them. work and so dofiga, and this slag litter brains do not see the point.

Start learning by reading the Scrum Guide
this is a short guide and not all important points can be understood after the first reading.
Further, I recommend reading practical cases from one of the founders in Jeff Sutherland's book "Scrum. A revolutionary project management method"
Be sure to join the Russian Agile Community discussions on Facebook.
And, of course, practice.

From reading a guide, for example: https://www.scrumguides.org/docs/scrumguide/v2016/...
Then sit down and rethink the task. Such methodologies are not used in an inviolably pure form. Your task is to grasp the concept. The rest should be built according to the business/team/task.
