How do you prepare grooming for big teams?

Hello!
The question arose, in the beginning we had a team of 5 people and everything was easy and relaxed. Grooming flew by very, very quickly and efficiently (we have planning poker).
The team grew almost three times, and it became impossible to groom features (4 hours on average).
Can you tell me how you organize grooming in large teams, where there are enough newcomers and old-timers?

First, teams don't have to be big. Break up. Secondly, are you scratching the entire backlog? Set aside 15 minutes after the daily to discuss one story. For a sprint, you will just scratch for a couple more sprints.

As an option, you should give the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the tasks in the backlog in advance. If not all, then at least a certain number. A plan of action formed in advance will reduce the time for reflection.
The second option is more risky: you should select 1-2 experienced developers and, before planning, allow them to set preliminary estimates from which the rest will be repelled. To some extent, this can be an imposition of a time frame, but at the same time, it is easier for some people to start from the numbers that already exist.
