Where to start looking for a job to move to Asia?

I would like to live and work in a company in Asia (Singapore, Malaysia ..). Does anyone have experience with moving? Where to start looking for a job? Is it better to search on your own or through a recruiting agency?

You need to work for the Americans (get salary in dollars at the level of America or at least Russia), and live in Asia, then it's good.
Working in Asia and eating noodles is not the best way out.

You just can't move to Singapore. In Malaysia, you can simply buy a ticket and move without any search.
