Such a massive stuffing is not very useful, IMHO, because:
1) Nobody likes spam and they calculate it on the fly.
2) An IT company is now a slightly outdated concept. Many banks are more IT companies than, for example, 1C franchisees. Sberbank is over 50% of investments in IT in the financial sector, for example. Yes, and these IT companies are different: some are more about hardware, others are about software, and others are about business consulting.
3) HR is not stupid and not targeted resumes for a specific vacancy are thrown out without looking.
4) If we are talking about individual search and work experience, then it is much more reasonable for you to be found = conferences and similar events. Plus, hh.ru still seems to have work. The search that you want for yourself is obviously more expensive, since most of those who return with a call after the resume sent will be screened out and you will lose time.
