What is the best way to develop a C# web application for a programmer?

Hello!
I develop desktop applications for Windows + games for Unity.
The level is somewhere in the middle.
There was a need to write a web application that is not particularly complex, but it is likely that later it will grow into a small saas project. And there are a couple more ideas.
And I wondered how to start writing painlessly.
php or asp.net, or maybe something else.
I know php as much as I have not studied other web technologies at all.

1. What is easier to learn already knowing sharp?
2. In what language is it easier to develop a project? (I assume that any OOP)
3. Which one is more useful in a career?
