How to learn programming the right way?

In general, I want to learn how to write dlls, cheats and something like that.
DLLs are usually written in C or C++/C#. What if I learn to write DLLs from lessons, books, but I don’t learn C++ for this? Is it possible to do/learn this way?

But what if I learn to write DLLs from lessons, books, but I don’t learn C++ for this?

Your question sounds like "And if I learn grammar from lessons and books, but I will not learn the alphabet and the letters themselves for this"
Language is BASIC. You can not climb into the wilds of the language, but without the basics of the language, in principle, you will not be able to write.

You can, but you will still come to the conclusion that you will learn the language itself.
