How to generate a JQL query for all tasks for all projects and in the backlog, excluding completed ones, but including those completed today?

You need to create a JQL query, which should contain all the tasks for all projects and the backlog.
From the report, you should exclude tasks that are closed, but which were closed today, should be included in the report.
If the report is generated on Monday, then the tasks that were closed on Saturday and Sunday must be added to the report.
