Are there ready-made time tracking tools in the Jira Marketplace?

In general, what is the point, instead of tracking the time with handles to complete the task, you need the most simple functionality to track working time - at a given time at the beginning of the working day (let's say I set at 9:00) all tasks, subtasks and stories from the In progress column start counting the actual time spent in this column. If a task migrates from a column to another, the time is automatically added to the spent time. If the working day ends, the time automatically stops and is added to the spent time.

There is one contradiction in the initial requirements - all tasks, subtasks and stories cannot be taken into work at the same time. A person can only do one task at a time. And the accounting of working time when taking a task to work, or changing its status is done without any plug-ins by setting up a workflow in Jira.

There are a lot of ready-made ones, for example here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/6558/tem...
If we are talking about developers, I definitely saw that JetBrains products can measure the time spent on tasks and send statistics to Jira by clicking : https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone...
